Pam Catalano, MA, LAC, is a Licensed Associate Counselor with four years of post-licensure experience and extensive background in elementary school counseling. She holds a Master’s degree in School Counseling from Kean University and has previously worked as a bilingual and ESL teacher. Pam specializes in supporting children and adolescents through challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, transitions, and adverse childhood experiences.
Her therapeutic approach is rooted in humanism, incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. Pam excels in building trusting relationships, creating a safe space for children to feel understood, heal, and grow.
