Lauren’s therapeutic style is integrative and flexible, drawing from humanistic principals, behavioral, cognitive, and psychodynamic approaches. Fluent in English and Spanish, her clinical approach celebrates and respects the diversity of populations, addressing language, cultural, religious, and educational needs.
Lauren offers a diverse range of therapeutic services, including individual psychotherapy, parent and child, play therapy as well as career counseling. Lauren earned her master’s degree in counseling from New Jersey City University in 2023. She brings over a decade of experience working with children, adolescents, and teenagers in educational setting as a teacher. She earned her bachelor’s in 2014 from William Paterson University in English Literature and secondary education with a minor in teacher of students with disabilities. She has worked as a teacher ever since attaining her bachelor’s, making her especially adept to working with school age individuals of all ages who are struggling emotionally as well as academically.
