Nadine graduated from Kean University with her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice as well. Nadine has a passion for reading psychological thrillers and practicing pyrography. She is also an avid fencer, having been a member of the Egyptian National Team as both a Cadet and Senior athlete. She has competed in World Cups and was a Division I athlete for four years.

Nadine’s background in sports has taught her the value of teamwork and collaboration, which she applies to her work in counseling. She is particularly interested in helping individuals reconnect with themselves, assisting children and families in the healing process, and supporting individuals with maladaptive coping skills and trauma recovery.

As a graduate student, Nadine has focused her studies on DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), the benefits of SE (Somatic Experiencing), mindfulness, and techniques to stimulate the Parasympathetic Nervous System for self-regulation. In her role as a Mental Health Counselor in PHP/IOP settings, Nadine has worked closely with clients who have experienced complex trauma, abuse, addiction, anxiety, depression, and personality disorders. She guides individuals on their inner healing journey.

Nadine is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). She is dedicated to helping individuals overcome their challenges and find healing and growth.
